Spring is settling in and so should our spirits. May this Spring full of laughter and beautiful flowers.

It's mostly me, nature, and me this week.

Been making loads of macaroons at work and will be making more this coming week, it only made sense to make some at home, too! This a plain shell with Chantilly cream, a very nice recipe btw, and a cherry compote with a touch of classic Negroni blend from @drinkfusion. (Organic gin, vermouth, and bitter aperitif) Love the cheery jam!
